Simply remove your old wrap (keep the positive insulator ring as you will reuse it) and using a heat gun rewrap your old batteries so they're good as new! 

ATTENTION* Frayed and Damaged wraps refer to any silver showing on your battery besides the positive (+) and negative (-) connectors located on the top and bottom of your batteries. Frayed and Damaged wraps may cause unsafe discharges which can result in your battery discharging.
